  • Partially used subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions must be canceled before they renew.
  • If a letter arrives damaged, you may send a photo of it to noah@lettersfromnoah.com to request a replacement.
  • If a letter does not arrive by the end of the month, you may contact noah@lettersfromnoah.com to request a replacement.
