Letters From Noah are perfect for kids, moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents, retirees, and anyone who enjoys receiving beautiful mail.

Charge schedule

Letters will be mailed monthly, and you will be charged every six months on your signup date until you cancel. For a non-renewing subscription, choose the 1 Year Gift option.

If you create or sign in to a Shopify account at checkout, you may easily cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. If you check out as a guest, you can email noah@lettersfromnoah.com to make changes.

Mailing Schedule

Letters From Noah are mailed at the start of each month. It may take a few days in the U.S. and a couple of weeks internationally for deliveries.

Delivery Details

When checking out, type the name and address for mail delivery, as well as your name and address for billing.

Please make sure the recipient’s name is spelled correctly! That name will appear on each envelope and letter.

When will my letter arrive?

Your subscription begins at the beginning of the month following your sign-up date. For example, if you subscribe on any day in December, your first letter will be posted at the beginning of January. After that, a new letter will appear every month as long as your subscription remains active. Please allow a few days for delivery within the U.S. and up to two weeks for international mail, depending on the postal system.
How do I give Letters From Noah as a gift?

The “1 Year Gift” option is a non-renewing, prepaid subscription, which will deliver 12 letters over the course of a year to whomever you choose. When checking out, make sure to input their name and address for delivery.
Are past letters available for puchase?

At this time, past letters are not available. All readers receive the latest one each month.
Do you mail internationally?

Yes, Letters From Noah ships worldwide.
Is this available in other languages?

For now, Letters From Noah is only available in English.
Are destinations announced ahead of time?

Destinations are not announced ahead of time, but if you're dying to know (e.g. for a homeschooling lesson), you may email noah@lettersfromnoah.com for the upcoming schedule.
What if a letter doesn't arrive?

If a letter doesn’t arrive by the end of the month, you may request a replacement by contacting noah@lettersfromnoah.com. Because shipping uses a first-class postage stamp, no tracking is available.
How do I cancel my subscription?

If you created a Shopify account when signing up, canceling is instant: Just log in and change your details. If you checked out as a guest, kindly email noah@lettersfromnoah.com to cancel.
